DeadLive Events Limited terms & conditions
Following information you are about to read are the terms and conditions of trading for DeadLive Events Limited.

A quick note

Before you read DeadLive Events Limited terms and conditions we encourage you to remember that DeadLive Events Limited do NOT own or claim to own any venue
we host our events and in no way responsible for changes to date, time, areas the venue may make before an event.
We are also NOT responsible for the physical delivery of tickets, this is provided by the Royal Mail when purchasing hard copy tickets.

DeadLive Events Limited are only responsible for selling tickets and providing entertainment events at a location and do not claim that a venue is haunted or witnessed any paranormal activity on any venue.

Personal cancellation

Make sure when you book your tickets you can attend the event.

Tickets are for personal use only. Once you have booked your ticket we won’t be able to cancel or exchange it 7 days before a event.

If you are no longer able to attend the event, you may re-sell your ticket for the face value of ticket unless it is prohibited by law.

It is your responsibility to check with DeadLive Events before attempting to resell your tickets. Any re-sale of tickets must incorporate these terms and conditions.

Tickets sold or being offered for sale for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel such tickets without refund and/or refuse entry to the event.

Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the DeadLive Events can only refund the face value of your tickets.

We will do our best to contact you by email, phone or in writing using the details you submitted to us when you booked your ticket to let you know how to return your tickets to us.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead as advertised. DeadLive Events cannot always guarantee that we can let you know of event changes, but we do try to do so.

If the event is cancelled, or the date is changed after you have booked, we will be more than happy to arrange a face value refund for you.
Please note that this face value refund will NOT include your booking fee if applied. The refund will also NOT include your delivery charge if the tickets have already been posted to you

Sending tickets back

If you have required hard copy tickets and need to send your tickets back to us, please send them by secure mail because if your tickets get lost and don’t get to us we will not be able to refund you.

When the tickets arrive we will refund the face value of the tickets via the same method that you used for payment.

Ticket protection & charitable donations

Ticket protection fees and charitable donations are strictly non-refundable.

Date changes

Sometimes the date for an event that you have booked for may change. If this occurs DeadLive Events will contact you by email, phone or in writing to let you know if your ticket is still valid or to find out if you wish to claim a face value refund.
Please note that the Booking Fee is non-refundable and Delivery Fees are only refunded if the tickets have not been dispatched yet.
If there is a rescheduled date, there may be a time frame in which a refund can be claimed. If this applies it will be communicated to you on the email notifying you of the date change.

Event arrangements
Should an event be postponed or cancelled, DeadLive Events cannot be held liable for any additional costs you may incur for personal arrangements such as travel, accommodation, subsistence or any other associated service relating to the event.

Line-Up changes
If the headline artist or artist’s does not appear at a demonstration of mediumship or paranormal experience or concert, or if the content of the event has been dramatically changed from the information which has been advertised, DeadLive Events will refund the face value of the tickets.

Lost & Stolen Hard Copy Tickets
Make sure you keep your tickets safe, they are essentially cold hard cash! If you lose them or they are stolen, we will not be able to replace them.

Notifying DeadLive Events of problems
If you have a problem, for example if you haven’t received your tickets or confirmation email with e-ticket, please do not leave it until the last minute to get in touch. It is important to contact us during normal office hours (Monday – Friday)

Transport & Parking
DeadLive Events do not provide any transport to and from any venue unless stated. We can not guarantee parking close to a venue but we do try our best to source parking and advise or guests of best possible places to park. We do not reimburse any parking tickets or parking fines that have been given during a DeadLive Event you attend.

Times & Dates
DeadLive Events date and times will be stated on each event and advertising. Arrival time before an event is 30 minutes.

Event Terms & Conditions
There will be no smoking, alcohol or drug use on any DeadLive event.
Any person found to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event.
At some events smoking areas away from the building will be designated.

Use of cameras:
Note that if you do intend to use your camera then please ensure that you tell people present in advance, to prevent camera flash to their eyes.

Due to the nature of DeadLive events it is advisable for people with a medical condition such as heart problems, high blood pressure etc., not to attend.
There are restricted access conditions that require a certain level of physical dexterity at some venues, so it is necessary for pregnant females and people with physical disabilities to check this with DeadLive prior to booking.
Any person who is abusive or who causes injury to another, or who damages property will be requested to leave the event, notwithstanding DeadLive contacting the local police.
All property, monies and vehicles are the sole responsibility of guests themselves.
DeadLive accept no responsibility whatsoever for their loss or damage.

DeadLive makes no provision for sleeping facilities at events.
We recommend that people who have a distance to travel should pre book into a hotel near the event venue, or alternatively, rest before travelling.

DeadLive cannot guarantee that there will be any paranormal activity at any DeadLive events.

No person is allowed to go into any rooms, apart from toilets, without a DeadLive team member present.

DeadLive exercises a Duty of Care to all of its guests. Safety checks are carried out at all venues.
All services and activities provided by DeadLive are strictly for entertainment purposes only.
The opinions and views communicated to guests by our employees and visiting spiritualists, mediums and psychics are strictly their own opinions and views.
DeadLive cannot give guarantees for the validity, truth, or likelihood of those opinions.
No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made at a DeadLive event should be interpreted as factual.
The customer must make their own decision and should not interpret any information received as their only course of action.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you indemnify the organisers, promoters and agents of DeadLive Events from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs,
claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of, or arising out of, injury to, or death of, any person, or damage to, or loss of,
any property or monies belonging to any person attending DeadLive Events, providing that DeadLive, its staff, or agents are deemed not to be negligible or to have acted negligently.

DeadLive is insured as a company against third party and public liability risks.

From a safety standpoint, it is important that you notify a team member should you wish to leave the location at any time before the end of the event.

By attending one of our events you give us permission to publish on our website deadlive.co.uk or social media any photographs or video footage taken or submitted by DeadLive Team Member;
and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish it in any format including without limitation in print and electronic formats.

We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your photograph(s) or graphic as we think fit to appear on the deadlive.co.uk web site.
Please state on the event if you do not want to be on any photographs or videos footage.
